Carhartt – Because Rugged Men Prefer Stylish

I can remember buying Carhartt supplies ten years ago. They were tough, durable, function… but not necessarily what you’d call stylish. However, today’s Carhartt is an entirely different animal. Yeah, it is still tough, durable and functional, but they’ve added the element of fit and finish, which allows the rugged man to blend into the upper side urban streets without much effort at all.

If you haven’t looked at Carhartt in awhile, allow us to introduce you to their new style:

Detroit Jacket

This is a classic, sturdy, lightweight cotton jacket with a few nice features, including its sharp fold-over collar, clean slanted pockets and customary single zip breast pocket. Some men need no introduction, simply because their clothes do it for them.

Michigan Coat

We’re not taking sides between Michigan and Detroit, as quite frankly we like them both. It’s just that this one is a little more heavyweight, but it is still unlined, so it can be worn in a variety of climates (depending on how you layer it underneath).

Rebel Pants

Mix the all-American work jean with a little European styling and this is what you get- The Rebel (Denim) Pants. These offer a slim-fit, shredded patches, five pockets, button closure and a zip fly.

Birdseye Sweater

carhartt Birdseye Sweater

This long sleeve crew-neck sweater is styled in a (gray/blue) piqué knit, which is another way of saying, 100 percent cotton and incredibly durable (snag proof). It is finished off with banded edges and the quintessential ‘Carthartt’ badge in the front.
