While we’re about to start talking about hot yoga, it’s not what you think.
Improving your flexibility not only leads to better sex – it has also been proven to help you pick up some new moves. If you’ve never tried it before, there are all kinds of sexy positions in yoga, including the Wide Legged Straddle (one of our favorites). Yoga also involves breathing techniques to further up your game and take your yogasm to new heights.
For the health of your lady and the joy of your mojo, we highly recommend the following yoga positions.
1) Downward Dog
While on all fours, put your palms down and push up, lifting your up knees off the floor while straightening your legs. You should always begin this pose with bent knees. As you begin to straighten your legs, plant your feet to the ground (try not to stand on your toes) and stretch your tailbone to the ceiling. You should relax your neck as you press your palms and feet into the floor. This move pushes the limits of overall flexibility in your legs and back, strengthening them.
If you think about it, this can be a very sexy erotic position considering her butt is poised in the air. And when you apply this to the bedroom – it might look something like this;
This position starts on your hands and knees, with your shoulders positioned above your wrists.
And then as you inhale, arch your back up like a cat – and then all the way down like a cow. We’ll let you take it from there.
3) The Bridge
Unlike the downward dog, the Bridge yoga position takes a bit more effort and flexibility to master (obviously).
Especially when you’re going at it like rabbits.
4) Cobra Pose
The key to this position is to plant your thighs into the ground while allowing your lower back muscles to do most of the lifting. Your hands should only be there to help maintain your stability.
And when this is adapted for sex this pose also increases blood circulation to the reproductive organs, providing a more stimulating experience for both of you.
There are all kinds of ways for a man to achieve better sex, and yoga is just one of them.
