Store Beer to Frothy Craft Beer Made Possible by Fizzics

Fizzics 2

There is not much you can do to improve a poorly brewed beer. However, a decent store brew that has been flattened out by sitting on a shelf in a bottle for too long… now that is something the ‘Fizzics’ Group can do a lot to improve.

Fizzics is a little gadget that promised to renew the life of any bottled beer. It works by using high-frequency sound waves and oscillation technology to create the wonderful thick froth that you’d normally find from a fresh, well-made, and professionally poured draft brew.

I may have failed most of my 8th-grade Chemistry tests, but I retained enough knowledge to understand that wetter, fizzier, and more tightly bound bubbles make for a better beer. Those little bubbles enhance the look and aroma. They also enhance the flavor by creating a much richer and creamier head.

Okay, so Fizzics does look awesome and we’re looking forward to trying one of these out for ourselves in the near future. But in the meantime, we’ll have to settle for putting our names on the IndieGoGo waitlist. Consider the idea of ‘pouring’ yourself a better beer here.
