Sometimes you come across undeniable ‘talent’ like Rachel Williams that makes your day. She hails from Liverpool, is an accomplished glamour model, and came out on top at Zoo magazine’s “Today‘s Great British Babe” search earlier in 2013. Her rise to fame also included her video that went viral (now over 6 million views – below) with the ingenius title of ‘Slow-motion bouncing boobs’.
